How much does the Starter Kit cost?
The
Starter Kit costs just $199, plus $20 for S&H, plus applicable sales tax. It
includes:

orders or quotas:

We direct ship to each customer, our
Direct Ship Advantage,
whether from a party or an individual order, across America and into Hawaii,
Alaska, Puerto Rico, and military
APO's.
How do I
submit orders?
·
Order
entry is by Internet only. CISSY includes a complete, easy-to-use order
entry module.
·
We
process and remit sales tax for virtually every taxing authority. That’s
less work for you, and that’s a reason to celebrate!
·
We
process the credit cards for you – at our expense. And that’s another
reason to celebrate!
How do I
pay for the orders?
We have
set up a system that allows your guests to have a great deal of flexibility,
while ensuring that the orders to the fulfillment center are credit card
only.
Your
Guests can pay for their orders with cash, checks, or credit card including
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express & Optima. As a consultant, you will
be issued an Ecount card. This card can be used
like a credit card, but is treated like a debit card. Your commissions and
royalties will be deposited in your Ecount
account each month. You can also use the card to enter your orders on CISSY,
as well as attach it to your bank account, if you so choose. We feel this
system is a wonderful way to help you keep all of your business transactions
within one account, making your business as streamlined as possible!
Celebrations by Lillian Vernonâ„¢
handles hundreds of thousands of orders every year by mail, by phone, and
over the Internet. You can be confident that all credit card information is
treated with the utmost security.
How are the orders shipped?
We are
proud to tell you that we ship directly to the Customer, not
to the Hostess! This is easier on the Consultant, easier on the Guest, and
much easier on the Host! It makes booking easier, because it’s the first
party that’s truly a party!
All
orders ship by UPS.
Is there
a charge for submitting orders?
Absolutely not!
How many
catalogs per year will we have?
Celebrations will have four catalogs per year. Each one will
focus on the major seasonal events, as well as everyday moments and
commemorations. You will have an opportunity to buy 25 new items each
catalog for your display at
50% off!
What
about customer service, product inquiries and returns?
Your
customers will contact our Customer care representatives directly. This
frees you up to concentrate on parties!
We
guarantee 100% complete satisfaction on all of our products,
including those that are personalized. If your customer is not satisfied,
we will replace the merchandise or refund the merchandise amount.
Your
customers will find complete Customer Care instructions on their packing
list that comes with each order.
What can
you tell me about the Host Plan?
The Host
Plan is simple and generous. She earns:
·
One
Half-Price product just for holding the party.
·
Up to
20% of the Merchandise Total (including pre-party orders) as a credit
towards catalog merchandise. (Tax is excluded from the total, as is
shipping and handling).
·
One
Half-Price product for each new party booked at her show.
·
An
additional Half-Price product if she turns in 15 orders.
Host shipping and
handling is always free, up to the amount of her Award.
And
don’t forget to tell your Host that, since we ship directly to the customer,
her work is over at the end of the party.
It’s the first party that’s truly a party!
What
about the Career Plan?
The
career plan is designed to be both competitive and easy to understand. Now
that’s a reason to celebrate!
You will
earn 25% commission on your Personal Commissionable Volume (PCV) as an
active consultant. Typically, this is the value of your customer orders,
excluding the Host Award, tax and S&H, net of any returns. Additionally, if
you sponsor others, you can earn royalties on their sales, including
promoted-out groups through the third generation.
Am I
required to generate a certain amount in sales each month? What will happen
if I do not?
In order
to stay active, you must generate $1000 PCV over a 3 month rolling period.
This means that every month, that month and the two prior months’ sales must
add up to $1,000. The wonderful thing about this is that you can choose to
bring in the sales over several months, or you can choose to take a break
for 2 months and bring in the $1000 the 3rd month. It is up to
you!
If you
are inactive, you can still earn 20% on your PCV,
but you will not earn your team royalties. You will not loose your
team if you are inactive, unless any of your direct consultants promote
above you for three months in a row.
