refunds are provided once the advertisement has been created. Clients
are allowed to submit minor changes monthly and re-vamp or redo entire ad
once every six months. All maintenance will be handled on a first come
first served basis. All request for changes will be handled during
regular business hours which is M-F from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, except
holidays. No work is done on weekends. Any request received
after normal business hours will be taken care of the following day or
business.
